The Gentle Sound Garden is a calming, creative sound-based class for children ages 3–5 and 6–10, held in a peaceful sound studio environment. Each session invites children to explore gentle, grounding instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, soft percussion, shakers, and small hand instruments, while learning simple breathing techniques, listening games, mindful movement, and relaxation.
Through playful activities like rhythm copy games, sound stories, emotional expression through sound, and guided sound rest, children develop focus, confidence, and self-soothing skills in a nurturing, age-appropriate way. All sounds are introduced gently and intentionally, creating a safe and supportive sensory experience.
