
Amy is the heart behind The Zen Den, a sacred wellness space created to help others slow down, reconnect, and heal. She has completed over three years of dedicated training in meditation, sound healing, and restorative practices, and has facilitated hundreds of sound baths for individuals and groups.
With a deep passion for mindfulness and nervous-system regulation, Amy offers gentle, welcoming experiences designed for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Her teaching style is grounded, calming, and intuitive, creating a space where guests feel safe to soften, release stress, and restore balance.
Through meditation classes, sound baths, women’s circles, and seasonal offerings, Amy invites each guest to rest, reset, and experience healing in a way that feels nurturing and deeply supportive.

Nate is a certified tuning fork therapy practitioner who works with gentle sound and vibration to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. With a grounded presence and intuitive approach, he creates a calm, supportive space where clients can unwind, reset, and reconnect with their natural rhythm. His sessions are rooted in the belief that subtle frequencies can create meaningful shifts in both body and mind.

Tricia moved to Marco Island from Connecticut in early 2019. She has enjoyed yoga on and off since 1998 but really immersed herself in her yoga practice when she retired from full time work in early 2022. As an executive in the healthcare industry for 25 years, Tricia understands the importance of health and wellness and has personally seen the benefits of incorporating yoga into her life.
Tricia has a BS in Finance and International Business and an MBA in Management Information Systems both from Bentley University. Tricia owns a wellness-inspired vacation rental condo in Marco Island, La Bella Vita on Marco, where she caters to health and wellness-oriented travelers and offers private yoga training.
Tricia received her RYT 200 certificate from Soul Project Yoga and Wellness Studio in Marco Island. Her certification includes Vinyasa, Yin and Meditation.
