Her passion for sound healing was born from a very personal journey—after her loving husband Nate suffered a massive heart attack at just 48, his doctor encouraged him to find natural ways to support restful sleep and reduce stress. Determined to discover an alternative to relying solely on medication, Amy explored holistic practices and soon experienced the profound benefits of sound therapy.

Today, with Nate healthy and thriving, she shares this healing art with others, creating serene, transformative experiences that allow the mind to rest, the body to release tension, and the spirit to find harmony.
